Vocational Training & Skill development

  • TPSD tries with all possible means to offer opportunities to develop the vocational skills and marketing skills to women, migrants and rural youth. This provides them specific skills they will use in a certain job or profession, to cope up the socio-economical challenges in their life. We strive to empower the women employee or workplace/environment and to combat poverty and to prevent all types discriminations or violence against women.
  • We try our best to take responsibility for women, for their upliftment and take care of their necessities, so that they can achieve what they want. Most of our programs do create and provide self employment, a sense of belonging, independence, and increases their social inclusion and overall well-being.
  • Employment increases self sufficiency, social connectedness and creates a sense of self worth and dignity for individuals.
